Swanson MultiOmega 3-6-9 brings together three premium, GMO-free oil sources — Flax Oil, Borage Oil, and Fish Oil 18/12 — in a single convenient softgel. Each serving delivers a broad spectrum of essential and non-essential fatty acids, including Omega-3 ALA, EPA, and DHA; Omega-6 GLA and Linoleic Acid; and Omega-9 Oleic Acid, supporting a well-rounded fatty acid intake as part of a balanced diet.
DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. ALA contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
