This product is supplied in tablet form, with 60 vegetarian tablets per container. Each tablet provides 350 mg of Vitamin C (as calcium ascorbate from Lipo-Cmax™) and 40 mg of calcium, along with 1000 mg of Lipo-Cmax™, which supplies calcium ascorbate, galactomannans from fenugreek seed, and sunflower lecithin.

The other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vegetable stearate, silica and glycerin. No allergens are explicitly declared on the label, though the product contains fenugreek seed and sunflower lecithin.
