Description

This is a powder supplied in a 500g pack, stated on the label as 17 servings of 28 g each. It is based on a plant protein complex of soy protein isolate, pea protein, cranberry protein, rice protein, hemp protein, sunflower protein and almond protein.

The ingredient list also includes flavourings, the thickener cellulose gum, the colour caramel, the sweeteners xylitol, sucralose and acesulfame K, and salt. The label states it may contain derivatives of cereals containing gluten, milk and eggs.

Per 28 g serving, the product provides 456 kJ / 109 kcal, 1.5 g fat, 1.7 g carbohydrate, 0.5 g fibre, 22 g protein and 0.5 g salt. This includes 15 g soy protein isolate, 8.7 g pea protein, 1 g cranberry protein, 0.8 g rice protein, 0.4 g hemp protein, 0.4 g sunflower protein and 0.4 g almond protein per serving.

Mandatory information

To prepare a protein shake, dissolve one serving (28 g – 1 scoop) in 300–350 ml of water. To get the consistency of a pudding, dissolve one serving (28 g) in 250 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation. Do not exceed 1 serving per day.
