Description

Critical Oats Protein Porridge, Salted Caramel flavour, is a powder supplied in a 600g pack, stated on the label as 10 servings. The ingredients are wholegrain oats flakes, whey protein concentrate (milk) (30%) with sunflower lecithin as an emulsifier, ISO-XP whey protein isolate (milk) (10%) also with sunflower lecithin, medium chain triglycerides (coconut MCT oil, tapioca starch), flavouring, xanthan gum as a thickener, and the sweeteners sucralose and steviol glycosides from stevia.

The allergens are milk, and the label states the product is made in a facility that handles milk, egg, soy, fish, celery, and cereals containing gluten and products thereof. Each serving of 60g provides 238 kcal, 23g protein, 29g carbohydrates, 6.3g fat, 0.5g salt and 3g MCT.

Ingredients

SALTED CARAMEL: Wholegrain Oats Flakes, Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk) (30%) (contains Emulsifier: Sunflower Lecithin), ISO-XP Whey Protein Isolate (Milk) (10%) (contains Emulsifier: Sunflower Lecithin), Medium Chain Triglycerides (Coconut MCT Oil, Tapioca Starch), Flavouring, Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Sweeteners (Sucralose, Steviol Glycosides from Stevia).

Mandatory information

Option 1 (Hot): Add 1 scoop (60g) with 150ml of boiling water. Stir well and leave for 1-2 minutes. Eat and ENJOY! Option 2 (Cold): Add 1 scoop (60g) with 100ml of cold water or milk and stir well. To add heat place into the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir again, and ENJOY!
