Mandatory information

To assess tolerance, mix 1 scoop (8g) with 250ml of cold water and consume about 30 minutes before your workout. Once tolerance has been assessed, increase to 2 scoops (16g) with 500ml of cold water. Do not exceed 2 scoops (16g) in a 24-hour period. Maintain adequate hydration during use.
