Tri-Magnesium, Lemon & Lime - 200g

The ingredients are magnesium bisglycinate, flavouring, magnesium taurate, magnesium citrate, acids (citric acid, malic acid), sweetener (sucralose) and colour (tartrazine, brilliant blue FCF). Each 4g serving contains magnesium bisglycinate 1000mg, magnesium taurate 417mg and magnesium citrate 324mg, providing a total of 300mg elemental magnesium, equivalent to 80% Nutrient Reference Value. The serving also contains 1.5g carbohydrates and 0.3g salt, with 0g protein and 0g fat.

The label states no common allergens are included, though the product is made in a facility that handles milk, egg, soy, fish, celery and cereals containing gluten and products thereof.
