Vitamin B12 is supplied as a cherry-flavored lozenge, with 100 vegan lozenges per pack. Each lozenge provides 2,000 µg of vitamin B-12 as cyanocobalamin.

Other ingredients include sorbitol, mannitol, natural flavor, silica and stearic acid. The label states the product is free from gluten, sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, soy, dairy products, artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.

Each lozenge contains 0g total carbohydrate and 0g total sugars, including 0g added sugars.
