Each serving contains Vitamin A (as retinyl palmitate) at 675 µg, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) at 90 mg, and Vitamin D3 at 40 µg, along with a full B-vitamin complex, calcium, lutein, zinc, biotin, and other vitamins and minerals. It also includes an Orchard Fruits & Garden Veggies powder blend at 200 mg per 3-gummy serving, made from blueberry, orange, pomegranate, cranberry, spinach, and more. Other ingredients are organic tapioca syrup, cane sugar, purified water, pectin, citric acid, natural flavors, vegetable and fruit juice colors, sodium citrate, coconut oil, and beeswax.

The label states this product is free of gluten, soy, dairy, wheat, egg, peanut, and gelatin, and contains no artificial flavors or preservatives. It contains beeswax, and is therefore not vegan.
