Per serving the label states 4238 mg creatine monohydrate, of which 3726 mg is creatine, 3381 mg amino acid complex, 1145 mg L-glutamine, and 1000 mg BCAA 2:1:1 complex made up of 500 mg L-leucine, 250 mg L-isoleucine and 250 mg L-valine.

The label states that it contains milk, as whey protein is derived from milk, and notes it may contain traces of other allergens.
