Description

Game Changer Mass, Chocolate is a powder supplied in a 3000 g (3 kg) pack, providing 20 servings per container. Each serving size is 2 scoops (150 g), which supplies 606 kcal, 48 g protein, 96 g carbohydrates (of which 9 g sugars), 2.6 g fat and 0.03 g salt.

The ingredients include maltodextrin, a protein blend (whey protein concentrate, milk protein concentrate, calcium caseinate from milk, and hydrolysed beef protein isolate), creatine monohydrate, fructose, an amino acid complex (AAKG complex, L-arginine, calcium alpha-ketoglutarate, micronized L-glutamine, L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, L-lysine hydrochloride, L-citrulline DL-malate (2:1), and L-methionine), and a vitamin and mineral complex containing maltodextrin, magnesium oxide, L-ascorbic acid, DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate, niacin, zinc oxide, calcium D-pantothenate, copper sulphate, cholecalciferol, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine hydrochloride and folic acid. It also contains an emulsifier (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose), flavourings, a sweetener (sucralose), a colour (Ponceau 4R), and Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) root extract, standardized.

The product contains milk and is produced in a facility that also handles egg, soy, gluten, nuts and peanuts.

Mandatory information

Mix 2 scoops (150 g) with 400 ml of cold water or milk and shake well. On training days: consume 1 serving post-workout. On non-training days: consume 1 serving between meals.
