Description

Glutamin Recovery Amino, Citron is a powder supplied in a 500g pack, stated on the label as 100 servings. Each serving size is 5 g, providing 4000 mg of L-glutamine and 500 mg of taurine.

The ingredients are L-glutamine, taurine, E414 stabilising agent, acidity regulator (malic acid), flavouring, and sweetener (sucralose). The label carries a cross-contamination warning that it may contain cereals containing gluten, milk, eggs, sesame seeds, peanuts, soybeans, shellfish and celery and related products.

Mandatory information

One serving is 5 g of the product dissolved in 300 ml of water or juice. Take 2 servings per day. On training days: one serving in the morning after waking up, one after training and one at night. On non-training days: one serving in the morning after waking up and one serving at night.
