Description

Glutamin Recovery Amino is a powder supplied in a 500 g pack, stated on the label as providing 100 servings of 5 g each. Each serving contains 4,000 mg of L-glutamine and 500 mg of taurine.

Mandatory information

One serving is 5 g of the product dissolved in 300 ml of water or juice. 2 servings per day. On training days: one serving in the morning after waking up, one after training and one at night. On non-training days: one serving in the morning after waking up, one serving at night.
