Description

Endurance Recovery, Strawberry is a powder supplied in a 1500g pack, stated as 30 servings. Each 50g serving provides 21g of protein from a strawberry flavour protein blend of soy protein isolate, rice protein and pea protein, along with 24g of carbohydrates and 7g of BCAAs (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine).

The ingredient list also includes maltodextrin, fructose powder, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, natural flavour, soy lecithin, beetroot red, xanthan gum, sucralose and an electrolyte blend, together with magnesium oxide, ascorbic acid, ferric pyrosulphate, zinc sulphate, niacinamide, alpha tocopheryl powder, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine HCL, riboflavin, thiamin mononitrate, folic acid, vitamin B12, potassium iodide, biotin and vitamin D3.

The label states this product is produced in a facility that handles milk, soya, eggs, fish, celery, cereals containing gluten and products thereof, and directs attention to the ingredients shown in bold. It is labelled as vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and lactose free.

Strawberry Flavour Protein Blend (Soy Protein Isolate, Rice Protein, Pea Protein), Maltodextrin, Fructose Powder, L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, Sodium Chloride, Natural Flavour, Potassium Chloride, Soy Lecithin, Beetroot Red, Xanthan Gum, Sucralose, Magnesium Oxide, Ascorbic Acid, Ferric Pyrosulphate, Zinc Sulphate, Niacinamide, Alpha Tocopheryl Powder, Calcium D-Pantothenate, Pyridoxine HCL, Riboflavin, Thiamin Mononitrate, Folic Acid, Vitamin B12 1%, Potassium Iodide, Biotin, Vitamin D3.

Mandatory information

Mix 1 heaped scoop (50g) with 400–500ml of cold water and shake well. Consume immediately after workout. In the case of endurance exercise exceeding 2 hours, 2–3 scoops is recommended. Scoops are estimate only, weighing scales are recommended.
