Description

This is a chocolate salted caramel flavoured protein bar with sweeteners, supplied as 12 bars of 45g each. The bar is made from a protein blend of hydrolysed wheat protein, soy protein isolate and milk protein isolate, coated with couverture milk chocolate containing maltitol, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, soya lecithin and natural vanilla flavouring.

The bar also includes glycerine, a low sugar caramel made with glycerol, maltodextrin, oligofructose, maltitol powder, coconut oil, skimmed milk powder, modified tapioca starch, pectin, calcium lactate, rapeseed lecithin and xanthan gum, along with soluble tapioca fibre, maltitol syrup, sucralose, oat flour, soy protein crisp, natural flavouring, N-Acetyl L-Carnitine Hydrochloride, green tea extract and a vitamin blend containing Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Nicotinamide, Calcium Pantothenate, Vitamin B6, Riboflavin, Thiamin, Folic Acid and Vitamin B12.

The label states the product contains wheat (gluten), milk and soy, and may contain traces of gluten, milk, soy, peanuts, nuts, sulphur dioxide and sulphites. Each 45g bar provides 578 kJ / 138 kcal, 12g protein, 12.7g carbohydrates (of which 0.9g sugars), 3.6g fat and 0.2g salt.
