Description

Protein Pudding, Chocolate is a powder supplied in a 500g pack, stated on the label as 16 servings of 30g. It is prepared as a pudding rather than a drink.

The ingredients are modified starch, defatted cocoa powder, skimmed milk powder, whole milk powder, colour (carotenes), natural flavouring, flavouring, and sweeteners (sucralose, steviol glycosides from Stevia). Per 30g serving it provides 502 kJ / 120 kcal, 2.1 g fat, 1.30 g saturated fatty acids, 15 g carbohydrate, 3 g sugars, 4 g fibre, 5 g protein and 0.08 g salt.

The label states it may contain cereals containing gluten, eggs, soy, peanuts, nuts and derived products. It is suitable for a vegetarian diet.

Ingredients

Mandatory information

Add 30g of the powder (3 heaped tablespoons) to 175 ml of hot water, stirring vigorously or blending. Mix everything precisely. The pudding is ready to consume.
