Description

Critical Oats Protein Porridge in Golden Syrup flavour is a powder supplied in a 600g pack, providing 10 servings. It is made from wholegrain oats flakes combined with whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate from milk, together with medium chain triglycerides from coconut MCT oil and tapioca starch.

The ingredients also include flavouring, the thickener xanthan gum, and the sweeteners sucralose and steviol glycosides from stevia. Sunflower lecithin is included as an emulsifier. The label states this product contains oats and milk (whey), and may contain cereals containing gluten, eggs, fish, nuts and soya. It is made in a facility that handles milk, egg, soy, fish, celery, cereals containing gluten and products thereof.

Each 60g serving provides 238 kcal, 23g protein, 29g carbohydrates (of which 2.9g sugars), 6.3g fat (of which 2.1g saturates) and 0.5g salt.

Ingredients

Wholegrain Oats Flakes, Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk) (30%) (contains Emulsifier: Sunflower Lecithin), ISO-XP Whey Protein Isolate (Milk) (10%) (contains Emulsifier: Sunflower Lecithin), Medium Chain Triglycerides (Coconut MCT Oil, Tapioca Starch), Flavouring, Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Sweeteners (Sucralose, Steviol Glycosides from Stevia).

Mandatory information

Option 1: Mix 1 scoop (60g) with 150ml of boiling water. Stir well and leave for 1-2 minutes. Eat and enjoy. Option 2: Mix 1 scoop (60g) with 100ml of cold water or milk and stir well. Place into microwave for 30 seconds. Stir again and enjoy.
