Description
Dorian Yates Blood and Guts is a comprehensive pre-workout powder engineered for serious training sessions. Each 19g serving delivers a precisely formulated blend of amino acids, stimulants and botanical extracts designed to support your performance in the gym. With 20 servings per 380g tub and a refreshing Strawberry flavour, it is built to become a staple of your pre-training routine.
The formula combines L-Citrulline DL-Malate (2:1) and an A-AKG complex (L-Arginine with Calcium Alpha-Ketoglutarate) with Beta-Alanine and L-Tyrosine. These are complemented by Caffeine Anhydrous, Green Tea Leaf Extract, Guarana Seed Extract and Sweet Orange Peel Extract. Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Black Pepper Fruit Extract (standardised to 95% Piperine) rounds out the formula, while the powder mixes easily in a shaker bottle for convenient pre-session preparation. Mandatory information
Mix 2 scoops of powder (19g) with at least 250ml water in a shaker bottle and consume 30 minutes before exercise. For first-time users, mix one scoop of powder (9.5g) with 250ml water.
