Description

Blood and Guts is a powder supplied in individual sachets, packed 20 x 19g per box for a total of 380g. Each sachet is a single serving, with 20 servings per container.

The ingredient declaration lists L-Citrulline DL-Malate (2:1), Beta-alanine, an A-AKG complex (L-Arginine, Calcium Alpha-Ketoglutarate), anti-caking agents (Silicon dioxide, Calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid), flavouring, L-Tyrosine, maltodextrin, caffeine anhydrous, green tea leaf extract, sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame-K), sweet orange peel extract, nicotinamide (Vitamin B3), guarana seed extract, colours (Ponceau 4R, Indigo Carmine) and black pepper fruit extract. Per 19g serving, the label states 6000 mg citrulline malate, 5500 mg beta-alanine, 4000 mg arginine AKG, 500 mg L-tyrosine, 250 mg green tea leaf extract, 350 mg caffeine anhydrous and 250 mg vitamin B3.

The product is made in a facility that uses milk, soy, egg and nuts.

L-Citrulline DL-Malate (2:1), Beta-alanine, A-AKG complex (L-Arginine, Calcium Alpha-Ketoglutarate), Anti-caking agents (Silicon dioxide, Calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid), Flavouring, L-Tyrosine (free amino acid form), Maltodextrin, Caffeine anhydrous, Green tea (Camellia sinensis) leaf extract (standardised to 95% Polyphenols and 5% Caffeine), Sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame-K), Sweet orange (Citrus sinensis) 100% peel extract, Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3), Guarana (Paullinia cupana) seed extract (standardised to 22% Caffeine), Colours (Ponceau 4R, Indigo Carmine), Black pepper (Piper nigrum) fruit extract (standardised to 95% Piperine).

Mandatory information

Mix 2 heaping scoops (19g) / 1 sachet with 250–350ml of cold water. Drink 30 minutes before your workout. For first-time users, mix one scoop (9.5g) with 250ml water.
