Description
Blood and Guts by Dorian Yates is a pre-workout powder in Pear Kiwi flavour, made for athletes and training enthusiasts. Named after the training philosophy of six-time Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates, this product brings together a blend of amino acids, botanical extracts and vitamins in every 19g serving — delivering 20 servings per 380g tub.
Each serving provides amounts of L-Citrulline DL-Malate (2:1), Beta-Alanine, and the A-AKG complex (L-Arginine combined with Calcium Alpha-Ketoglutarate), alongside L-Tyrosine, caffeine anhydrous, and standardised botanical extracts including green tea, guarana, sweet orange peel, and black pepper. Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and normal psychological function — all authorised claims under EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006.
Blood and Guts is designed to be taken 30 minutes before training. Whether you are a first-time user starting with a half-serving to assess tolerance, or a seasoned athlete going for the full two-scoop dose, this formula follows the dosing and preparation typical of the Dorian Yates brand.

Ingredients L-Citrulline DL-Malate (2:1), Beta-alanine, A-AKG complex (L-Arginine, Calcium Alpha-Ketoglutarate), Anti-caking agents (Silicon dioxide, Calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid), Flavouring, L-Tyrosine (free amino acid form), Maltodextrin, Caffeine anhydrous, Green tea (Camellia sinensis) leaf extract (standardised to 95% Polyphenols and 5% Caffeine), Sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame-K), Sweet orange (Citrus sinensis) 100% peel extract, Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3), Guarana (Paullinia cupana) seed extract (standardised to 22% Caffeine), Colours (Ponceau 4R, Indigo Carmine), Black pepper (Piper nigrum) fruit extract (standardised to 95% Piperine).
Mandatory information
For first time users: start by mixing 1 heaping scoop of powder (9.5g) with at least 250ml of water, to test the product's powerful impact. For regular users: mix 2 heaping scoops of powder (19g) with at least 250–350ml of water. Consume 30 minutes before exercise.
