Description

Whey Complex Tempro, Coconut Milk is a powder supplied in a 2270 g pack, providing 75 servings of 30 g each. Per serving it provides approximately 117 kcal, 1.0 g fat, 3.3 g carbohydrate and more than 24 g protein.

The cold processed protein blend includes whey protein concentrate, micellar casein, hydrolized whey protein isolate, whey protein isolate, egg albumin, glutamine peptides and microparticulate whey protein concentrate. It also contains an emulsifier (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose), flavourings, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfam-k), digestive enzymes (bromelain, papain, lactase enzyme), inulin from chicory, vanilla crystal and colour (tartrazine).

The label states it contains milk, egg and wheat, and is made in a facility that also uses gluten, soy, egg and nuts.

Mandatory information

Mix 1 scoop (30 g) with 250–350 ml of cold water. As a food supplement, take 1 serving daily: on training days consume 1 serving 30 minutes after your workout. On non-workout days take one serving right on waking.
