Description
Watershed is supplied in tablet form, with 60 tablets per container, providing 30 servings of 2 tablets each. Each serving provides 200 mg of potassium (from potassium gluconate), a 200 mg proprietary botanical blend, 250 mg of Uva Ursi 4:1 extract and 250 mg of Parsley 4:1 extract.
The proprietary botanical blend contains rose hips 4:1 extract, goldenrod herb (aerial parts), couch grass rhizomes, elecampane root, dandelion root standardized extract 5:1 (20% taraxasterol), celery seed and cornsilk stylus. Other ingredients are dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, silica (silicon dioxide), magnesium stearate and pharmaceutical glaze (shellac, povidone).
The label states the product contains no wheat, yeast, egg, soy, starch, gluten, lactose, sugar or artificial color.

Mandatory information
Take 2 tablets in A.M. and 2 tablets in P.M. Drink a full 8 oz. glass of water with each dosage. Use for only 3 days consecutively. Take one day off, begin again. It is helpful to drink water throughout the day.
