Vitamin Code Raw B-Complex is supplied in capsule form, with 120 vegan capsules per container. A serving size of 2 capsules provides Thiamin (B1) 5 mg, Riboflavin (B2) 10 mg, Niacin (as Niacinamide) 45 mg, Vitamin B6 10 mg, Folate 450 µg DFE, Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin) 133 µg, Biotin 325 µg and Pantothenic Acid 45 mg, all derived from culture of S. cerevisiae.

Each serving also includes a RAW Organic Fruit & Vegetable Blend of 360 mg, containing organic apple, beet, broccoli, carrot, spinach, tomato, strawberry, tart cherry, blackberry, green bell pepper, brussels sprout, blueberry, ginger, garlic, green onion, raspberry, parsley, cauliflower, red cabbage, kale, cucumber, celery and asparagus, along with a RAW Probiotic & Enzyme Blend of 60 mg containing lipase, protease, aspergillopepsin, beta-glucanase, cellulase, bromelain, phytase, lactase, papain, peptidase, pectinase, xylanase, hemicellulase, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus plantarum and Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The capsule is made from vegetable cellulose, with organic rice (hull) as an additional ingredient.
