Garden of Life Vitamin Code 50 & Wiser Women is a comprehensive whole-food multivitamin formulated specifically for women aged 50 and above. Delivering 4 capsules per serving across 60 servings, it provides a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals — including Vitamins A, C, D3, E, K1, the full B-complex, and key trace minerals — sourced from cultures of Saccharomyces cerevisiae , sea kelp, brown rice chelate, and sunflower oil. Each nutrient is delivered in meaningful amounts to complement the dietary needs of women at this life stage.

The formula goes beyond standard vitamins and minerals with a 680 mg RAW Organic Fruit & Vegetable Blend comprising 24 certified organic whole foods, including apple, beet, broccoli, kale, spinach, blueberry, and ginger. Organic Moringa oleifera leaf and Organic Vitex negundo seed add naturally occurring carotenoids and mixed tocopherols, while a RAW Probiotic & Enzyme Blend features Lactobacillus plantarum , Lactobacillus bulgaricus , and a full suite of digestive enzymes.

Rounding out the formula is a RAW Antioxidant & Immune Support Complex containing Glutathione, Superoxide Dismutase (SOD), and CoQ10.
