Description
Ultimate Omega + CoQ10 is a fish oil supplement supplied in softgel form, with 120 soft gels per container. Each serving of 2 soft gels provides 1280 mg of total omega-3s, including 650 mg EPA, 450 mg DHA and 180 mg of other omega-3s, along with 100 mg of coenzyme Q10. The container provides 60 servings.
The ingredients are purified deep sea fish oil from anchovies, sardines, mackerel, and herring, coenzyme Q10, beeswax, RRR-alpha tocopherol and rosemary extract. The soft gel capsule itself is made from gelatin, glycerin, purified water, carob color and natural flavor.
The label states this product contains fish (anchovies, sardines, mackerel, herring) and that it does not contain gluten, milk derivatives, or artificial colors or flavors.
