Description

Ultimate Omega is a liquid fish oil supplement supplied in a 4 fl oz (119 ml) bottle, providing approximately 24 servings. Each teaspoon (5 mL) serving contains 2840 mg of total omega-3s, including 1460 mg EPA and 1010 mg DHA, along with 370 mg of other omega-3s.

The ingredients are purified deep sea fish oil (from anchovies and sardines), natural lemon flavor, d-alpha tocopherol as an antioxidant, and rosemary extract as a natural preservative. The label states it contains fish (anchovy, sardine), and notes no gluten, milk derivatives, or synthetic dyes.
