Description

Ubiquinol is supplied in softgel form, with 60 softgels per pack. Each softgel provides 50 mg of ubiquinol (Kaneka Ubiquinol Enhanced Bioactivity CoQ10).

The softgel shell is made from gelatin, glycerin and beeswax, with flaxseed oil, sunflower lecithin, purified water, carob and d-alpha tocopherol (vitamin E) (other tocopherols & sunflower oil) among the other ingredients. The label states the product contains sulfites.

Mandatory information

As a dietary supplement, take one softgel two times per day with food and water for the first two weeks. Take one softgel per day with food and water thereafter.
