Description
Sunflower Lecithin is supplied in softgel form, with 90 softgels per container. Each softgel provides 1.2 g of sunflower lecithin derived from non-GMO sunflower seeds, typically providing a minimum of 40% linoleic acid, 14% oleic acid, 3% palmitic acid and 2% stearic acid.
The softgel shell is made from gelatin and glycerin, with purified (deionized) water and sunflower oil also listed among the ingredients. No allergens are explicitly declared on the label, and the product is stated to be suitable for those with egg or soy allergies.
