Sleep Support is supplied in capsule form, with 60 capsules per pack providing 30 servings, described as a 1 month supply. Each daily portion of 2 capsules provides 2.50 µg vitamin D3, 33 µg vitamin K2 (as MK-7), 100 mg calcium, 160 mg magnesium and 600 mg glycine, along with 50 mg lions mane extract (10:1, equivalent to 500 mg lions mane powder), 30 mg ashwagandha root extract (10:1, equivalent to 300 mg ashwagandha powder), 15 mg chamomile extract (10:1, equivalent to 150 mg chamomile powder), 15 mg lemon balm extract (10:1, equivalent to 150 mg lemon balm powder) and 80 mg L-theanine from green tea (Camellia sinensis).

The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose with colour (brilliant blue). The ingredient list also includes calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide and anti-caking agents magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

The label states no common allergens are included, though the product is produced in a facility that handles milk, soy, eggs, fish, celery and cereals containing gluten. It is suitable for vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and lactose free diets.
