Description

Skill Pre-Workout is a powder supplied in a 16 g sachet, which the label states is a single serving. The ingredient declaration includes citrulline malate, creatine monohydrate, beta-alanine, L-tyrosine, taurine and choline bitartrate, alongside caffeine anhydrous, nicotinamide, pyridoxine hydrochloride, methylcobalamin, and extracts from Camellia sinensis, Coffea robusta, Panax ginseng, and Panax notoginseng and Astragalus membranaceus. Flavourings, acidity regulators (citric acid and malic acid), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide and calcium silicate), colours (beetroot red and carotene), and sweeteners (sucralose and steviol glycosides from Stevia) are also listed.

Per serving, the label states 300 mg of caffeine (total, anhydrous and Xtenergy ER-caffeine). The product is labelled as suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets. The label states it may contain milk, gluten, soy, fish and sulphur dioxide.

Mandatory information

Recommended daily intake: 16 g (1 sachet / 3 scoops). Dissolve powder in 300 ml of water. Drink around 30 minutes before workout. Do not exceed recommended daily amount. Beginners may start with 1 scoop (approx. 5.3 g).
