Description

Shadowhey Hydrolysate is a powder supplied in a 2270g pack, stated to contain approximately 90 servings. Each serving is one heaping scoop of 25g, and it is mixed with a liquid before use.

The protein matrix consists of whey protein isolates and hydrolysed whey protein isolates. Mandatory information

Mix 1 heaping scoop (25g) with 250ml of cold water or skimmed milk and shake well. On training days, drink 1 serving immediately after workout. On non-training days, drink 1 serving right after waking up.
