Mandatory information
For Daily Maintenance: Adults and Children over 12 years of age: Take two (2) teaspoons daily. Children 6–12 years of age: Take one (1) teaspoon daily. For Intensive Use: Adults and Children over 12 years of age: Take two (2) teaspoons four (4) times daily. Children 6–12 years of age: Take one (1) teaspoon two (2) times daily. Mix with water, sparkling water and/or your favourite beverage. Shake well before use.
