Description
Original BCAA 2:1:1, Blue Pineapple is a powder supplied in an 11.1 oz (315 g) pack, providing 30 servings of one scoop (10.9g) each. Each serving contains 3,000mg leucine, 1,500mg isoleucine and 1,500mg valine, along with 500mg coconut water and 200mg Himalayan rock salt with trace minerals.
Each serving also provides 1g total carbohydrates, less than 1g total sugars, 80mg sodium, 75mg calcium (as di-calcium phosphate), 66mg potassium (as potassium citrate) and 40mg magnesium (as di-magnesium phosphate). Other ingredients are malic acid, natural and artificial flavors, citric acid, sucralose, silicon dioxide and blue spirulina (for color).
The label states the product contains tree nuts (coconut). It is listed as lactose free.
