Swanson Omega-3 Fish Oil delivers a clean, concentrated source of marine-derived EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) in a convenient once-daily softgel format. Each softgel provides 1 g of high-quality 18/12 fish oil sourced from anchovies and sardines, supplying 180 mg of EPA and 120 mg of DHA per serving. The oil is GMO-free and lightly flavoured with natural lemon oil, helping to minimise the typical fishy aftertaste.

EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. This is an authorised health claim under EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006, supported by EFSA scientific opinion. A daily intake of 250 mg of combined EPA and DHA is the reference amount associated with this benefit.
