Holland & Barrett Oil of Oregano delivers 56mg of oregano oil per daily serving, standardised to contain a minimum of 64% Carvacrol, a compound naturally occurring in Origanum vulgare. Each pack contains 90 softgel capsules, providing a 45-day supply at the recommended two-capsule daily serving.
The softgel capsules are easy to swallow. Sunflower seed oil is included as part of the formulation.
