Description
Evogen Light & Tight is a capsule-format food supplement combining magnesium citrate with a specialised Clean & Detox Matrix and the bacteriophage blend PreforPro. Each serving delivers 210 mg of magnesium, which contributes to normal muscle function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
The Clean & Detox Matrix brings together a selection of botanical extracts — including burdock root, aloe vera juice powder, peppermint, fennel seed, senna leaf, and cascara sagrada bark — in a single 800 mg per serving blend. This is complemented by 15 mg of PreforPro, a proprietary bacteriophage complex (LH01 Myoviridae, LL5, Siphoviridae).
Light & Tight comes in convenient vegetable capsules, with 28 capsules per pack providing up to 14 servings. For best results, use as part of a combined diet and training programme under professional supervision.

Mandatory information
As a dietary supplement, take 1–2 capsules with 8–16 oz. of water, once or twice a day — once in the morning and/or once in the afternoon. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water daily. For best results, use with a combined diet and training programme under professional supervision. DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED DOSAGE. DO NOT CONSUME MORE THAN 4 CAPSULES IN ANY 24-HOUR PERIOD.
