Each serving provides 770 mg of HMB (β-Hydroxy β-Methylbutyrate) and 130 mg of calcium, both from Calcium β-Hydroxy β-Methylbutyrate Monohydrate.

The product contains no other ingredients. The label states it is not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients, and is produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
