Description
HMB Mega Caps is supplied in capsule form, with 120 capsules per container. Each capsule provides 1250 mg of calcium β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate (CaHMB), of which 1000 mg is HMB.
The capsule shell is made from gelatin. Other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, used as a bulking agent, and magnesium stearate, used as an anti-caking agent. The label does not declare any allergens beyond noting the gelatin capsule shell is of animal origin.
Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
Calcium contributes to normal muscle function.

Mandatory information
2–4 capsules daily; for optimal results take 1 capsule two up to four times a day, drinking with a large amount of water (before breakfast, before and after training and before sleep).
