HIT BCAA 10:1:1, Strawberry is a powder supplied in a 400g pack, providing 20 servings of 20g each. Each serving contains branched-chain amino acids in a 10:1:1 ratio (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine) totalling 12000 mg, made up of 10000 mg L-leucine, 1000 mg L-isoleucine and 1000 mg L-valine.

Each serving also provides 3000 mg of L-citrulline DL-malate (2:1), of which 2050 mg is L-citrulline, along with 2000 mg beta-alanine and 1000 mg L-tyrosine. The ingredient list also includes an acidity regulator (citric acid), flavourings, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), an emulsifier (lecithins from soy) and colour (Sunset Yellow FCF).

The product contains soy (lecithin) and is made in a facility that also uses milk, egg and nuts. The label notes that Sunset Yellow FCF may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
