This product is supplied in capsule form, with 60 vegan capsules per container, providing 30 servings of 2 capsules each. Each serving contains 200 µg of chromium (as Chromax Chromium Picolinate), 1 g of liposomal berberine (a fiber interlaced liposomal encapsulation of Berberis aristata root extract and cinnamon in sunflower lecithin), and 4.50 mg of Bacillus coagulans SNZ 1969 (250 Million CFU).

The capsule shell is made from cellulose. Other ingredients include modified starch, pectin, sunflower lecithin, an organic rice extract blend (bran extract, rice hulls, gum arabic, sunflower oil) and organic rice hulls.

The label states this product is made without dairy or soy ingredients, and is manufactured in a facility that also processes egg, milk, soy, wheat, tree nuts, fish and sesame.
