Flex All Complete, Lemon is a powder supplied in a 400g pack, providing 20 servings of 20g each. Each serving contains hydrolysed bovine collagen, L-proline, glucosamine sulphate 2KCl, methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), magnesium, vitamin C and vitamin B6, alongside maltodextrin, acidity regulator citric acid, flavouring, acacia fibre, sweetener sucralose and colouring agent beta-carotene.

Per 20g serving the product provides 59 kcal, 0g fat, 5.8g carbohydrate of which 1.6g sugars, 0g fibre, 9g protein and 0g salt. It also provides 10,000 mg of hydrolysed beef collagen, 1,200 mg of L-proline, 300 mg of glucosamine sulfate 2KCl (of which 180 mg glucosamine), 300 mg of MSM, 200 mg of vitamin C, 60 mg of magnesium and 5 mg of vitamin B6.

The label states that the product contains crustaceans (shellfish), and may contain cereals containing gluten, soy, milk and eggs.
