Description
This is a powder supplied in a 390 g (13.76 oz) pack containing 30 servings, with a serving size of 1 scoop (approx. 13 g). The Mango flavored formula is mixed into a beverage before use.
The Essential Amino Acid EAAs and BCAAs Complex provides 8 g of total EAAs per serving, including 6 g of BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio (L-Leucine 3 g, L-Isoleucine 1.5 g, L-Valine 1.5 g), along with L-Lysine HCL, L-Threonine, L-Histidine HCL, L-Phenylalanine, L-Methionine and L-Tryptophan. The Hydration Complex includes taurine, Calci-K® (Calcium Potassium Phosphate Citrate), raw coconut water concentrate and AstraGin™ (Astragalus membranaceus root extract and Panax notoginseng root extract), along with calcium, phosphorus, magnesium (as magnesium glycinate) and sodium (as sodium bicarbonate). Other ingredients listed are citric acid, natural and artificial flavors, maltodextrin, silica, sucralose and acesulfame K.
The label lists tree nuts (coconut) as an allergen.

Mandatory information
Shake container before each use. Mix 1 scoop (approx. 13 g) into 10–16 oz of cold water and drink between meals. On training days consume 1 serving during your workout or immediately after. For best results use daily.
