Description
This is a powder supplied in a 13.76 oz (390 g) pack, listed as 30 servings. Each scoop is 13 g.
The formula combines an EAA and BCAA Complex (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, L-Lysine HCl, L-Threonine, L-Histidine HCl, L-Phenylalanine, L-Methionine, L-Tryptophan) with a Hydration Complex (Taurine, Calci-K® Calcium Potassium Phosphate Citrate, Raw Coconut fruit water concentrate, and AstraGin™). Other ingredients include Citric Acid, Natural & Artificial Flavors, Sodium Bicarbonate, Maltodextrin, Silicon Dioxide (Silica), Sucralose and Acesulfame Potassium. Each serving provides 8 g of the EAA & BCAA Complex, including 3 g L-Leucine, 1.5 g L-Isoleucine and 1.5 g L-Valine, along with 1.5 g of the Hydration Complex containing 50 mg of AstraGin™.
The label lists tree nuts (coconut) as an allergen. The product is labeled lactose free.

Mandatory information
Shake container before each use. Mix 1 scoop (13 g) into 10–16 oz of cold water and consume between meals. On training days consume 1 serving during your workout or immediately after. For best results use daily.
