Digest Spectrum is supplied in capsule form, with 90 capsules per container providing 45 servings at a serving size of 2 capsules. Each serving contains 548 mg of Digest Spectrum® Enzyme Blend, comprising Protease Thera-blend® (98,000 HUT), DPP-IV (1,400 DPP-IV), Amylase Thera-blend® (14,000 DU), Glucoamylase (40 AGU), Maltase (200 DP), Alpha Galactosidase (600 GalU), Invertase (150 SU), Xylanase (20,000 XU), Pectinase (w/Phytase) (50 Endo-PGU), Cellulase Thera-blend® (400 CU), Hemicellulase (50 HCU), Lactase (2,000 ALU) and Lipase Thera-blend® (916 FIP).

The capsule itself is a 100% vegetarian capsule made from HPMC and water. The label states the product contains no casein, crustaceans, eggs, fish, gluten, milk, nuts, sesame, shellfish, soy or wheat, and no artificial colors, fillers or flavors. It is described as vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and lactose free.
