Critical Mass - Professional, Strawberry is a powder supplied in a 6000g pack, stated on the label as 40 servings. Each serving is 150g.

The ingredients include organic ground oats, maltodextrin, a protein blend (milk protein isolate, whey protein isolate, whey protein concentrate), L-leucine, glutamine peptides, creatine monohydrate, CLA powder, MCT, HMB, beetroot powder colour, flavouring, soy lecithin emulsifier, HICA, ALA, DigeZyme multi-enzyme complex, sucralose sweetener, LactoSpore, and chromium as chromium picolinate.

The label states it contains gluten (oats), milk, wheat and soy, and that it is made in a facility that handles milk, egg, soy, fish and cereals containing gluten.

Mandatory information

Mix 2.5 scoops (150g) with 500ml of water or skimmed milk and shake well using a shaker bottle. Consume 1-3 servings daily depending on your calorie requirements. Scoops are estimate only, weighing scales are recommended.
