Description

Complete Omega is supplied in softgel form, with 120 soft gels per container, providing 60 servings at 2 soft gels per serving. Each serving provides 20 calories, 2 g of total fat, 10 mg of cholesterol, and 565 mg of total omega-3s, including 270 mg of EPA and 180 mg of DHA. It also provides 240 mg of omega-6s, including 70 mg of GLA, and 225 mg of omega-9s, including 180 mg of oleic acid.

The ingredients are purified deep sea fish oil from anchovies and sardines, a soft gel capsule made from gelatin, glycerin, water and natural lemon flavor, borage seed oil, natural flavor, RRR-alpha tocopherol as an antioxidant, and rosemary extract as a natural preservative.
