Co-Enzyme B-Complex is a comprehensive, high-potency B-vitamin formula delivering all eight essential B vitamins in their most bioavailable, coenzyme forms. By using active, body-ready forms — such as Methylcobalamin and Dibencozide for B-12, Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (P-5-P) for B-6, and Quatrefolic® (6S)-5-MTHF for folate — this formula is designed to support efficient absorption and utilisation, even in individuals with common metabolic variations.

Beyond the core B-vitamin complex, this formula includes complementary nutrients such as Alpha Lipoic Acid, Coenzyme Q10, Choline, Inositol, Betaine Anhydrous, and PABA, providing a well-rounded foundation for everyday nutritional support.
