Calcium & Magnesium - 250 tablets

Calcium & Magnesium is supplied in tablet form, with 250 tablets per container. Each serving of 2 tablets provides 1 g (1,000 mg) of elemental calcium, sourced from calcium carbonate, calcium citrate and calcium ascorbate, along with 500 mg of elemental magnesium, sourced from magnesium oxide, magnesium citrate and magnesium ascorbate. The container holds 125 servings.

The tablets also contain microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, a vegetarian coating (hypromellose, calcium carbonate, polydextrose, glycerin, medium-chain triglycerides), stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate.

The label states the product is not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients, though it is produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens. It is suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets, and is gluten free and lactose free.
