Blood and Guts is supplied in powder form in individual sachets, packed 20 x 19g per box for a total net content of 380g. Each sachet is a single serving.

The ingredient declaration lists L-Citrulline DL-Malate (2:1), Beta-alanine, an A-AKG complex (L-Arginine, Calcium Alpha-Ketoglutarate), anti-caking agents (Silicon dioxide, Calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid), flavouring, L-Tyrosine, maltodextrin, caffeine anhydrous, green tea (Camellia sinensis) leaf extract, sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame-K), sweet orange (Citrus sinensis) peel extract, nicotinamide (Vitamin B3), guarana (Paullinia cupana) seed extract, colours (Ponceau 4R, Indigo Carmine) and black pepper (Piper nigrum) fruit extract.

Per 19g serving the label states 6000mg L-Citrulline Malate, 5500mg Beta-Alanine, 4000mg Arginine AKG, 500mg L-Tyrosine, 250mg Green Tea Leaf Extract, 47.6mg Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide) and 350mg caffeine in total. No allergens are explicitly declared on the label, though the product contains caffeine and may contain allergens not listed.

Mandatory information

Mix one sachet (19g) with 200-300ml of cold water. Consume approximately 30 minutes before your training session. Due to high stimulant content, start with half a sachet to assess tolerance. Do not consume more than one sachet within a 24-hour period.
