Description

BCAA Instant, Cola is a powder supplied in a 400g pack, providing 40 servings of 10 g (1.5 scoops) each. It is formulated with L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine in a 2:1:1 ratio, along with an acidity regulator (citric acid), flavouring and the sweeteners sucralose and acesulfame K.

Per 100 g, the powder contains 42670 mg of L-leucine, 22700 mg of L-valine and 22700 mg of L-isoleucine, totalling around 90070 mg of BCAA. Per 10 g serving, this equates to 4267 mg of L-leucine, 2270 mg of L-valine and 2270 mg of L-isoleucine, for a total of around 8807 mg of BCAA.

The product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, oats, eggs, crustaceans and fish.

Mandatory information

Dissolve a single serving of the product 10 g (1.5 scoops) in 100-150 ml of water or juice. On training days, consume one serving per day before or after training. On non-workout days, consume one portion after waking up.
