Description
Arctic Cod Liver Oil is supplied in soft gel form, with 180 soft gels per container, giving 60 servings at a serving size of 3 soft gels. Each serving provides 750 mg of total omega-3s, made up of 240 mg EPA, 360 mg DHA and 150 mg of other omega-3s, along with 25 calories, 3.0 g total fat, 0.6 g saturated fat, 0 g trans fat and 10 mg cholesterol. Vitamin A and vitamin D are also present, occurring naturally within the range stated on the label.
The ingredients are purified arctic cod liver oil, soft gel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water, natural lemon flavor), natural lemon flavor, d-alpha tocopherol as an antioxidant, and rosemary extract as a natural preservative.
